Adult Support through NJ DDD

For eligible adults enrolled in NJ DDD. We hand-pick a Direct Support Professional who fits your loved one's needs, language and personality.

Respite for your child (ages 0–21)

Up to 90 hours of respite every 90 days through NJ DCF — with a caregiver you choose and trust.

In-home behavioral support

ABA-based support for youth under 21, led by a certified BCBA and delivered at home by trained Behavior Technicians — through our behavioral department, River ABA.

Today we offer Adult Support for eligible adults enrolled in NJ DDD, Respite Care for families of children 0–21, and in-home Behavioral Support for youth through our behavioral department, River ABA. More services are on the way.
It depends on the service. Adult Support is for eligible adults (21+) enrolled in NJ DDD. Respite is for New Jersey children with developmental disabilities, ages 0–21. Behavioral Support is for youth under 21 enrolled with a CSOC Care Management Organization. Call us and we'll help you figure out the right fit.
Our services are funded through New Jersey programs — for example, your loved one's DDD budget for Adult Support, or the NJ DCF respite program (up to 90 hours every 90 days) for children. We'll walk you through the process.
Yes, in many cases. With Respite, you choose a caregiver your child already trusts — anyone over 18 who isn't a parent or legal guardian. With Adult Support, we carefully hand-pick a trained DSP who fits your loved one.

Respite care gives parents and caregivers a planned break while a trusted caregiver spends time with their child. Through NJ DCF, New Jersey families of children with developmental disabilities (ages 0–21) can receive up to 90 hours of respite every 90 days.
